Store Policy

Larimare is a family business based in Geelong, Australia. We love crystals and hope to share our passion with you!

 

Caution / Common Sense:

Many of our items are small and may not be suitable for children under the age of 3 years. Please use your own judgement and caution when purchasing from us.

Payments:

Bank Deposit and Paypal are currently accepted.

Items will be posted once payment has cleared. Please ensure we have your correct mailing address upon checkout.

Wholesale:

At the moment, we are unable to offer Wholesale Prices.

Shipping

Postage: $15.00  flat rate within Australia.

You are welcome to add Insurance, Express or Registered at additional cost.

Please allow 3-5 days for your parcel to be packed and on its way to you!

Please note:

Once your parcel leaves our premises, its care is out of our control, therefore missing articles are the responsibility of the postal service used, not Larimare.

 

Broken items:

If upon receiving your parcel, you find any/all of its contents broken, please leave it as it is and photograph the damage.

Keep the entire parcel (including the packaging) and take it to your nearest Australia Post office and lodge a claim.

Please let us know if this happens so we can keep in touch to help you resolve any issues.

Larimare will only offer refund/replacement if it is deemed we supplied insufficient packaging to ensure the safety of the item in question during transit.

​​​

If extra insurance hasn't been purchased, Australia Post may only refund up to $100.00 of the articles value. For this reason, we recommend purchasing extra insurance for any items over the value of $100.00.

Refunds / Replacement:

In some rare cases (such as minimal damage sustained or item not as described) a refund/replacement may be subject to the item in question being returned to Larimare.

​​

Any refunds subject to this term must be returned to Larimare within 1 month of your damaged item claim being lodged (30 days)
